What are my shipping options?
All domestic dAck! orders are shipped via FedEx Ground (shipping included in price). Accessories may be shipped via FedEx Ground or US mail. Canadian orders and shipments to HI and AK incur an extra $25 charge. International shipments are sent via EMS Global and arrive at customs in the destination countryat customs within 3-5 business days. Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipments occur bi-weekly at the first and middle of every month.
How do I pack my dAck! if I need to ship it?
Always use the original packaging to ship the dAck!. To prevent damage from electrostatic discharge, put the dAck! into the pink static-protective bag that it was shipped in. Make sure the power switch is off. If shipping without charger, put some crumpled paper inside the vacant cutouts for extra padding. Tape up the box carefully to avoid it accidentally opening en route. Remember to use a reliable courier and insure for the replacement value. If the outer box becomes worn, you can replace it with a standard 12”x10”x6” 200lb test box.
Will you decrease the declared value of the dAck! for international shipments?
No. Decreasing the declared value yields incomplete insurance coverage, and we cannot help you to avoid your country’s import duties.
